A native of beautiful Florida, JD Zettle started out in Pierson, FL grew up in the Hollywood/Miami Beach area and then made New Smyrna Beach his home in 1979.

A  4th generation( Artisan – Craftsman)  in the masonry trades, and a union trained plaster specialist. A  State licensed home inspector working  in Volusia County and surrounding areas for over a decade. JD will use his experience  in home construction along with local knowledge gained by relationships with the best homebuilders  , subcontractors , and building departments in our communities  to help You !  

When he is not working  JD Zettle  visits the beach  every day , relaxes with family and participates as a member of Sacred Heart Church.
